When was the last time you met someone in a retail store or other business operation that you were so impressed with that you actually took the time to sit down and write a letter to the owner of the company?  If you are anything like me, not very often.  But, on a rare occasion you run into someone that really cares about you as a customer, and shows it in their genuine demeanor, going the extra mile to make sure you receive first class treatment.
Mike Podjan is that special kind of person at Elhart, and as a result of the threatment I have received from him, I have returned for repair work on three of my vehicles, and referred two other people to Elhaart's Collision Service for sutomobile repairs.  Jeff, I can't begin to tell you what a great employee you have in Mike.  He is honest and forthright, and an excellent problem solver.  He makes a wonferful first impression when working with customers, and is simply superb in dealing with the details involved in taking care of complex repair problems. He is a perfectionist and is not satisfied unless everything comes out of the shop perfectly.  Thank you for having Mike in a leadership position on your team.  You are fortunate to have a young man of his caliber working within your organization, and we as customers appreciate his dedication to his company and to us.

The reason all of my service needs were not addressed is that a part needed to be ordered.  I was treated very well at Elhart each time I have used them for service issues.  They set up an appointment at my convenience to replace the part that was ordered, and I appreciate that they treated me well and as a valued customer, rather than an annoyance, which is my experience elsewhere.

Skye was very professional in helping us locate a vehicle that was best for us.  We did not feel pressured in the least.  He took time to meet with us multiple times and go over information that we had asked for.  Great experience!!

I had some issue's with my vehicle a week after I bought it and I can say that the help I received from Randy the used car manager was great, not only sis they cover most of the cost of the repairs there was no hesitation on his part and he said they would make right and they did.  I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships and now from Elhart and I can honestly say the best experience was from Elhart and if I ever buy another vehicle from a dealer I will look at Elhart first and foremost.  I was treated with respect and courtesy and will recommend Ellhart to all my friends and family.  Thank you Elhart for a great experience and thank you for being the most honest car dealer I have ever dealt with.  I love my truck!  I have waited many years to get the exact truck I wanted and Elhart delivered! Thank you.

These people will just about bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with the service you receive.  They are friendly, courteous and make you feel more like a friend that has come over to visit.  I have no suggestions because you cannot do any better that perfection.  Thank you!

It was a pleasure to work with Trevor.  He was friendly and knowledgeable and I liked his style of salesmanship.  Without pressure we ended up getting a Denali instead of a regular Acadia.  I'm glad he knew we would be happier with that.  It was the first time I actually had fun buying a car.  Thanks Trevor!

Love the car!  Loved dealing with Ben.  He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful.  The whole experience was very enjoyable.  And of course, we were offered a deal we "could not refuse"!  Hyundai is the only brand I will ever buy and Elhart is the dealership I will ever buy from.

The only thing that I dislike is that the Expedition only cam with 1 key, and that was for the ignition, so there are no door keys.  Therefore if the remote stops working I am up the creek without a paddle.  I can not get it re-keyed through Ford because it is older than 2000.  Other than that WE are VERY SATISFIED.  Just want to thank everyone that assisted us in this transaction.  Mona, Austin, Tait, Jeff Schaap, Dewey, Kelsey and Jennifer.  You all truly worked as a team on Saturday to get us done!  This is why we keep coming back to Elhart!  Nice people, overall experience is great.

I enjoyed the Elhart service experience.  Being new to Holland, I was having my car serviced elsewhere and was very displeased with their service.  A friend recommend Elhart.  I am glad I took his advice.  I truly appreciated the professionalism of the service staff.  Form the moment I arrived to the time I left, the Elhart service staff made me feel like I had always been a customer there.  I now will have all my car needs serviced at Elhart.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.  Our salesman, Doug Wiler, was exceptionally helpful and patient with my husband who is disabled.  He brought vehicles to us and positioned them so that my husband had to walk as little as possible to see and enter them.  We continued to have a great experience with Doug throughout the purchasing process.  I never felt pressured or rushed and the negotiations went quickly and smoothly.  We are more than happy with our new Tucson and with Elhart.  I have already told several people about the great experience we had.  Thank yuou for making our purchase so pleasant and stress free.

It was an enjoyable experience all the way around.  The people were friendly, Jeff Schaap was very nice to work with.  I was quite impressed with Tom VanRavenswaay who handled everything well and explained the entire process to me so I left without anything unclear.  This was my first experience with Elhart, but i suspect it won't be my last.

My truck buying experience at Elhart was extremely positive. I was originally intending to buy a 2010's Sierra and unfortunately was unable to find exactly what I was looking for in that model year. Elhart listened to what I wanted in a truck, and offered me an option no other dealer had offered. In the end due to the extra effort put forward by Robert and the Elhart team I ended up ordering a truck based on my specifications and the best part was I was kept informed all the way through the ordering, and production process of my vehicle. I look forward to doing business with Elhart in the future, not because they are the dealer next door, because they are actually 1500 miles away, but because they listen, informed me as needed and made it enjoyable

Some friends had advised me to get my oil changed around 3000 miles even though I was only at 20%, just because it is a new vehicle. The service tech. told me it wasn't necessary and explained why, and said they would do it if I still wanted. I couldn't/can't believe that someone actually advised me to save money! I am very impressed with the honesty at Elhart. This is definitely the first time I have experienced this in the car business. VERY impressed! Thank You
