As a vehicle owner in the State of Michigan, if your car or truck has been in an accident and you wish to have the damage repaired through your insurance company, there are certain rights which apply to you.

Understand Your Options!!!

You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at ANY repair facility you choose.
Your insurance company cannot force you to have vehicle repairs done at a shop of their choice, even if they have a direct repair relationship with that facility. Your insurance company cannot choose a repair facility for you, even if the shop they choose provided the lowest estimate or bid. It is your right to choose where repairs will be done anytime you have an accident.

Elhart Collision stands behind repair and refinish work with a "Limited Lifetime Warranty".
Many insurance carriers will attempt to convince you that shops on their direct repair programs are "guaranteed". Although this is true, it is the actual repair facility that is providing them that warranty for your peace of mind, the same as Elhart Collision provides you!

Spies Hecker is a "top-of-the-line" refinishing product and Elhart Collision is one of the the few facilities in Southwest Michigan to implement this superior product line, known for its' color matching enhancement.
